Choose the ReaFir plugin and choose "Subtract" under "Mode".Create a new Audio Track, record some white noise, and then go to the Track FX.dll files you need into your audio plugins folder - "C:\Program Files\VEGAS\VEGAS Pro 19.0\MAGIX Plugins\essentialFX\圆4" for me. You only need the FIR plugin if this is your only use case, but others are useful. I've managed to do this in OBS and it's very simple, so hoping it is possible in Vegas Pro too as I want to record audio whilst going through my editted video.ĮDIT: Thanks to /u/twoBrokenThumbs for the easiest solution. Have tried Googling that but everything that comes up is to do with post-recording audio editing. I know it is possible to remove this in the Track FX settings post-recording, but I want the background noise to not get picked up during the recording in the first place.
